About Bi-Curious George
Bi-Curious George is a rising star of the London drag scene and the 2022 winner of the prestigious Not Another Drag Competition at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern. His work centres around queer ecology; queerness in the natural world. Using silliness, joy and camp tomfoolery, he aims to shatter the heteronormative lens through which we view the natural world.

George has performed at venues all over London, including The Southbank Centre, Soho Theatre, The Royal Vauxhall Tavern, Kew Gardens, The Clapham Grand and The Phoenix Artist Club, as well as Latitude and Green Man Festivals, Berlin and Edinburgh.

He is also a founding member of the drag king collective Gaggle, who were part of the Soho Rising Festival 2023 at Soho Theatre.

About Queer Planet
Dolphin Orgies, Intersex snails, Gay giraffes, Transgender fish…
London drag King Bi-Curious George presents Queer Planet: a raucous drag celebration of queerness and the animal kingdom.

Queer Planet is a raucous romp through the animal kingdom which aims to shatter the heteronormative binaries through which we view the natural world. It is both a parody of and a homage to Britains beloved nature documentaries - combining drag, stand up comedy, parody songs and all manner of ridiculous behaviour.
Queer Planet was developed through work in progress performances in independent queer venues. The entire piece is an ongoing conversation and collaboration with, as well as a small window into, the wonderful queer community which Bi-curious George has come from.

Queer Planet premiered at VAULT Festival 2023, where it was nominated for an Origins Award and received critical acclaim, including being chosen as one of Lyn Gardner's 'Picks of the Week'.
